Chianti in Love
A cosy stone cottage of about 40 m² (430 sq ft) under a brick-vaulted ceiling, with a garden all to yourselves. For two or three guests, and for anyone travelling with a dog.
This is the smaller half of the old stone barn. You step in under a brick vault, between the wooden shutters, straight into the kitchen, and from there out into the garden.
The bedroom has a double bed; in the living room a sofa bed sleeps a third guest.
The garden lies against the old stone wall, with a parasol, deck chairs and a barbecue. Guests who bring their dog tell us it can run free here.

Florence is 25 minutes away, Siena 30, Badia a Passignano 5 and Greve in Chianti 20 (by car). The village of Sambuca is a kilometre (0.6 miles) from the farmstead; the Via Torricelle house is in the village itself.
