Three country homes, between Florence and Siena
We are in Sambuca, in the Val di Pesa, where Chianti begins. Two of the homes are in the old stone barn of Podere San Paolo, with a garden that slopes down towards the valley. The third is in the village, on Via Torricelle.
Florence is 25 minutes by car, Siena 30. The abbey of Badia a Passignano is 3 km (1.9 miles) away and the Antinori winery 5 km (3.1 miles). Evenings are quiet – guests often mention it in their reviews.
Vanessa welcomes you in person. If you are a big group, you can book several homes together: up to thirteen guests.

The garden is made for summer evenings: deck chairs, the barbecue and the sun setting over the valley. For dinner, Sambuca is 1 km (0.6 miles) away, and the bridge over the Pesa is lit up at night.

Vanessa is a wonderfully kind host who arranges everything for you down to the last detail. […] The house itself is more beautiful and bigger than the photos suggest.
Vanessa's house is wonderful – the photos don't show what it is really like. The house is big, super comfortable, with a wonderful view.
Our puppy Nuqui was the happiest of all, with all that space to run around in without worries or danger.
